Send us the shop domain, the campaign name, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, Shopify access tokens, or customer payment details.

Before you write

1. Open Bannerito from Shopify admin and confirm the campaign is active.
2. Check the campaign schedule, page targeting, country, and device rules.
3. On App Home, confirm that the storefront extension shows as active.
4. Preview the published theme in a private browser window.

Billing

Plans are selected and managed through Shopify. Include the plan name and the approximate time of the change; never email payment card data.

Privacy or deletion requests

Use the same email address and include “Privacy request” in the subject. See our privacy policy for details.
