Terms of service

These terms apply when a merchant installs or uses Bannerito. Shopify remains responsible for its own platform and services under Shopify's agreements with the merchant.

Using Bannerito

You may use Bannerito for lawful storefront communications on stores you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for campaign content, links, promotions, targeting choices, accessibility, and compliance with consumer, advertising, and privacy laws that apply to your business.

Plans and billing

Current plans, limits, billing intervals, and charges are shown in Shopify's app pricing interface. Shopify processes app charges. Merchants can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through Shopify, subject to the terms presented during the plan change.

Storefront operation

Bannerito depends on Shopify, the merchant's theme, internet connectivity, and other systems outside our control. Merchants should preview campaigns before publishing and keep their theme and contact details current.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bannerito to distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or harmful material; interfere with the service; probe or bypass security controls; or use the app in a way that violates Shopify's terms.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption and to communicate changes that materially affect paid functionality.

Termination

You can stop using Bannerito by uninstalling it. We may restrict use when necessary to address unlawful conduct, security risk, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms. Data handling after uninstall is described in our privacy policy.
